Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@ambittrends.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer support team at support@ambittrends.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number and reason for return.

• Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by Ambit Trends.

• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method.

• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at support@ambittrends.com for assistance.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting support@ambittrends.com as soon as possible.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; please follow the return process if you wish to return the item.
