Delivery Policy

Delivery Coverage

• We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• Orders placed outside the UAE will not be processed.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

• Express Delivery (Dubai & Sharjah only): 1–2 business days
  (Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays)

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery: AED 15

• Free Delivery on orders above AED 200

  Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across the UAE.

  • An additional AED 10 will be charged as a Cash Handling Fee for COD orders.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction matters! If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Not part of a clearance, final sale, or promotional item marked non-returnable

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

• Please allow 3–5 business days after return approval.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations (subject to availability).

• Exchange shipping is free for the first request.
