Refund
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in erro
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@ambittrends.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Delivery
Yes, we offer delivery across all emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and others.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days within the UAE. For international orders, delivery times may vary based on the destination.
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the delivery status.
Shipping & Returns
You can return an item if it’s unworn, unused, unwashed, and with tags intact within 7 days of receiving it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards, secure online payments, and cash on delivery (COD) within the UAE.
Yes, we use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your payment details at all times.
Yes, COD is available for UAE orders only. Additional charges may apply for COD services.
